CORE BUSINESS

The “core business” is the enhancement of Asset Hospitality on behalf of owners, banks, investment funds, financial institutions, real estate development company with criteria from time to time meet the needs of long, medium or short term.

The goal is a return on invested capital. By using international benchmarking parameters partnership it is able to remunerate the highest levels of the capital contribution.

Management Contract

The management contract on which we base our work requires that our action is “in the name and on behalf of client companies” which remains the owner of ‘asset and the holder of the decision-making power.

Our work is always predicted, quantified from an economic point of view and needs to be applied to the appropriate authorization.

The corporate life is transformed into timely flow of information with relevance to the economic financial; we are autonomous in the day by day of the normal hotel service life through working capital, the amount of resources needed to ‘operation, leaving the rest to the properties of’ asset service.

By operating on the basis of “management fees” generated by the hotel management we configure it as an opportunity rather than a cost to the owners of ‘Asset Hospitality.

MANAGEMENT FEES

We start from the analysis of balance sheet and capital base by identifying the strengths and weaknesses; we analyze the potential and the best organizational structure of the complex then proceeding to commercialization in the most appropriate target markets.

Concretely, the management company operates under mandate in the interest and on behalf of the asset manager with whom it relates on a monthly, quarterly or half-yearly basis in relation to the monitoring of the results obtained.

The Management Fees circumscribe our contribution tying it to the results; you have the opportunity to have access to high professionalism without itself being manifested its cost.
